Guys gals n other pals, this app is great for reminding you to take your meds.

Especially bc you can make the push notification banner "stickied"! Meaning you can't swipe it away easily with one swipe, you have to drop-down and chosose an action or tap it to open the app and select take meds. So if you never took meds then you will see it later on when viewing other notifications and be like "oh shit better take them right now!!!" At least that's worked for me like 95% of the time (idk i find it hard gauging percentages/amounts lol)

The ads are non-intrusive too and idek what the paid version is for cos I've been using it just fine on the free version.

Only thing is i recall having trouble setting more than two doses for some reason, i did a third once for antibiotics but the sticky overtook one of the psychiatric meds dose stickies. But worth trying out for yourself

I think weed helps me unlock a lot of my ideal self in that it's often much easier for me to make decisions that match my values when I have had time to sit down and think about something while high. I think because it helps me turn off the paranoid scared freaking out sympathetic nervous system reactions to things so that I can really get down to the core of what the actual reality of a situation is. It strips layers of really useless and harmful filters my brain is usually putting on everything and lets me see things both as they are and also more easily from other people's perspectivs. It's made me realize How  much of my behavior previously was just on account of Being Paralyzed With Fear At All Times. Not clinical anxiety type fear (although that too) but like DEEP, EXISTENTIAL, SOUL GNAWING TERROR cast over every single thing in the world.

If I have one or two nights (usually . some things take more time) to apply myself to an issue while I'm high, it genuinely usually untangles itself in my head to the point where I am able to act in ways I am actually proud of. It's partly the not letting myself act on things when my brain is loudly telling me it's an emergency and always waiting for the smoke alarm to stop going off before I act, but also definitely due to the way it alters my brain state as well.

You ask Data if he's smiling cause he's happy, and he tells you, in his usual monotone voice, that he's practiced a high face just to blend into Riker's insane blunt sessions. Riker tells him his high face is perfect. You worry they'll start making out any second now, and just straight up forget you're there. They both turn to look at you while Data extends his hand, passing you the blunt. Will you take it?
